Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm


We are looking for a talented and organized Support Assistant for a busy and bustling Engineering

Department in the Manufacturing sector.




  • Perform administrative support tasks for Engineering Department
  • Ensure smooth communications between all relevant departments
  • Data organization and management
  • Support with preparation of project plans
  • Preparation and follow up on meetings and presentations
  • Document editing and printing
  • Coordination of documentation on multiple concurrent projects
  • Effective use of online documentation systems
  • Printing and collation of documentation folders
  • Work with the service coordinator to coordinate travel arrangements for engineering and service field staff
  • Calendaring and coordinating department meetings and client visits
  • Responding to routine inquiries and correspondence via email and phone and forwarding to appropriate personnel
  • Assist in managing project management documentation, submittals, reviews and quality management processes
  • Streamline and organize information for ease of access by all department personnel
  • Review and manage project agreements and contracts
  • Processing and releasing change order documents
  • Manage and control internal and external engineering documentation




  • Post Secondary in Business Administration or similar preferred
  • 2-3 years of working experience (experience in manufacturing environment preferred)
  • 1 year of experience supporting engineering team preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to streamline administrative processes and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and shared drives.
