Avery HR is looking for experienced, Service Apprentice Technicians in Woodbridge, that are reliable, and professional on behalf of a leader in the HVAC industry. Our business is focused on large residential, commercial, and high-rise services.

We are a 24-hour service company, you must live within the GTA you will be on call once a month.

Pay: $30-$38/hour

Shift: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri (on call once a month for 24 hour basis)

To qualify for our team, you need:

• HVAC – G1 minimum 3 years in service
• Boiler experience is Required 3 years in service –
• Plumbers’ minimum 3 years in service – Boiler/Pipe fitting and boiler rooms.
• Must be well groomed and have a neat appearance – Able to quickly troubleshoot problems
• Attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time
• A valid Ontario driver’s license, and a clean driving record. – Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements
• You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy objects. You must be able to maneuver heavier objects with assistance from appropriate devices or additional manpower. You must be able to climb ladders to access rooftops.

Duties:

• Service and installation of various residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment
• Can fit and solder copper piping for plumbing
• Need to know how to use pipe threader
• Maintain truck and keep inventory well stocked
• Maintain other equipment and tools and ensure the proper working order of company property.
