Responsibilities
- Screening and organizing of incoming work orders
- Identify scope of work and required planning
- Site walk throughs to identify and document job requirements
- Estimate required work hours, tasks and skills required to perform job
- Procure and plan equipment, material, parts and tools required
- Gather necessary technical or engineering documentation
- Communicate with trades and compile job package information
- Keep Maintenance Manager informed of any critical issues
- Prepare and manage purchase requisitions
Qualifications
- Trade certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role
- Background knowledge and experience with hydraulics is mandatory
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
