Responsibilities

• Screening and organizing of incoming work orders
• Identify scope of work and required planning
• Site walk throughs to identify and document job requirements
• Estimate required work hours, tasks and skills required to perform job
• Procure and plan equipment, material, parts and tools required
• Gather necessary technical or engineering documentation
• Communicate with trades and compile job package information
• Keep Maintenance Manager informed of any critical issues
• Prepare and manage purchase requisitions

Qualifications

• Trade certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role
• Background knowledge and experience with hydraulics is mandatory
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
