Construction Sales Representative (Interiors/Glass)

GTA, Ontario

Base salary + Commission based role (Potential earnings up to 200K)

Plus Benefits and Car Allowance

Responsibilities

• Prospect, hunt, and secure new business opportunities.
• Meet clients on-site across the GTA and develop long-term relationships.
• Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to prepare accurate proposals.
• Collaborate with estimating and project teams to deliver winning bids.
• Hit and exceed sales targets while staying on top of market trends.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in construction (interior, fit-out).
• Knowledge and experience in Glazing/Glass/Mirrors preferred
• Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
• Comfortable reading construction documents and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-focused.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the GTA.
