Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative English/French
Location: Barrie, On
Salary: 45K
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service in both English/French via phone and email.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, returns, and general account maintenance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with other team members to find solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for customer service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is essential.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
