Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and support the company’s in-house ERP system and databases
• Create and refine internal software tools that improve operations, production, and office workflows
• Work with all departments (engineering, manufacturing, sales, customer service, finance, HR, and management) to automate tasks and improve system efficiency
• Maintain and improve connections between the ERP and other software platforms, including accounting systems like Spire
• Apply AI technologies to improve reporting, forecasting, process efficiency, and system functionality
• Write organized, reliable code and keep technical documentation up to date
• Test, debug, and review systems regularly to ensure stability, performance, and data security
• Develop and optimize SQL scripts and procedures used by internal software
• Keep up with new trends in software development, databases, and AI

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of practical experience in programming or software development
• Experience working with custom ERP platforms and database-driven systems
• Strong skills in languages such as Python, SQL, C#, or Java (C# or C++ experience is a plus)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and advanced query writing
• Experience integrating accounting software (Spire experience is an advantage)
• Background in building or using AI-based tools or features
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Comfortable explaining technical topics to non-technical team members
• Able to manage work independently in a fast-moving environment
