Construction Project Scheduler

Vaughan, Ontario

90k+ yr plus full benefits, RRSP and Profit Sharing

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Sub-Contractors to create comprehensive Master Schedules
• Ensure allocation of resources (labour, materials & equipment) according to project timelines and deliverables
• Assess impact of delays and changes and regularly update and adjust Master Schedule accordingly
• Monitor and report on project progress and forecasts
• Maintain strong communications amongst project teams and sub-contractors
• Identify opportunities to improve or optimize scheduling or reporting processes

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education in Construction or Engineering preferred
• 5+ years of experience in ICI sector
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Computer proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and Primavera
