Receptionists needed in Brampton, Mississauga and the GTA.
Pay rates start at $18.00 per hour, based on experience and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum one-year recent experience as a receptionist on a multi-line phone system
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic administrative skills such as editing documents in MS Excel or MS Word
- High school diploma preferred
- Clear criminal background
Duties may include, but not be limited to:
- Answering all incoming phone calls and redirecting as required
- Using an in-house paging system
- Creating and/or maintaining filing systems, either alphabetic or numeric
- Preparation of courier and mail packages when required
- Maintaining meeting room schedules
- Assisting with special projects such as preparing marketing packages
- Aid accounting staff with matching and attaching paperwork
