Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles across labour, trades, office, and management positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
- Post job ads, source candidates, and build talent pipelines through multiple channels
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring records
- Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth hiring transitions
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
- Proven experience recruiting high-volume roles across multiple job categories
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
