Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles across labour, trades, office, and management positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
• Post job ads, source candidates, and build talent pipelines through multiple channels
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring records
• Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth hiring transitions
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
• Proven experience recruiting high-volume roles across multiple job categories
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
