Avery HR is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with Reach and
Counterbalance Forklift experience to join a busy warehouse in Brampton, ON. This is a
great opportunity for candidates looking for a stable full-time position with the possibility of
permanent employment.

Shift Schedule
• Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Forklift operation will be approximately 50% of the role, with the remaining time spent
performing general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities
• Load and unload trucks manually
• Move pallets and materials to designated areas
• Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to transport materials
• Relocate items within the warehouse
• Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
• Perform general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• RF scanning experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements
• Valid Forklift License (Reach & Counterbalance)
• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
• Clear background check
• Must have Work Permit, PR Card, or Canadian Citizenship
