Job position:   Customer Service Ambassadors

Location:           Vaughan (Weston & Steeles)

Pay rate:             $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

THIS IS A SHORT-TERM ASSIGNMENT – April 20 to April 25, 2026

Work hours: 6:00am – 3:00pm & 9:00am – 6:00pm; rotating schedule

The ideal candidates will have experience with retail sales and customer service. Successful candidates will be working on-site during the client’s Epic Spring Sale. Products include hand & power tools, workwear, safety equipment and much more!

Responsibilities include:

• engaging customers
• suggesting products,
• acquiring sign-ups for promotions, email subscriptions, credit card applications, etc.

Requirements:

• must have steel toed safety boots or shoes
• business casual attire – shirt or vest will be provided on-site.
• proven experience in customer service and sales.
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities
• applicants must be between 18 and 65 years of age.
