Hydraulic Shop Specialist

Quebec City
$25–$30/hour

Responsibilities:

• Act as the in-shop expert for hydraulic products and services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hydraulic solutions
  • Assemble industrial and hydraulic hoses according to customer specifications
  • Ensure quality control of completed work
  • Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and product orders
  • Prepare customer invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized
  • Support excellent customer service and a positive team environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
  • Perform other related duties to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent considered an asset
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and hydraulic equipment
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and team-oriented
