Job Title: Administrative Support – Documentation
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
This is a 4-to-6-week assignment.
Avery HR is seeking a detail oriented and highly organized individual to perform a large-scale documentation update in relation to ISO implementation.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining the Document Register
- Transferring documents from Excel to Word
- Finalizing documents
- Ensuring all required elements are complete
- Formatting, revision history
- Making sure references to other documents are accurate and hyperlinked
- Uploading documents to SharePoint
- Tracking work instructions as they are drafted, sent for approval, updated
Requirements:
- Highly proficient with MS Word and MS Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail; highly organized
- Experience with document management/ document control practices
- Familiarity with SharePoint preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work with little to no supervision
