Production Manager

90K salary plus benefits and room for advancement

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee daily production operations
• Assess and plan production estimates and outputs
• Develop CI Projects and create new SOP’s
• Schedule, coordinate, delegate tasks and monitor work progress
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Compile and assess production data to optimize efficiency
• Review, issue and close out work orders
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training
• Performance reviews, employee coaching and mentoring
• Ensure adherence to all H & S policies and procedures
• Assist with incident/accident investigations
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Leadership
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings
• Strategic planning and CI experience
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
