Now Hiring: CNC Machine Operators – Brampton (Temp-to-Perm)

Avery HR is hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators for full-time opportunities in Brampton. If you have strong machining experience and are looking for long-term growth, this is a great opportunity!

Pay: Starting from $22.00/hour + shift premiums

Shifts Available:

• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Night: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sun–Thurs)
•  Training: Must be available for Day Shift training (up to 8 weeks)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (lathe & milling – 3 & 4 axis)
• Operate manual machines when required
• Maintain tolerances using measuring tools and offsets
• Replace tooling and inserts as needed
• Read blueprints and follow engineering drawings
• Package and label machined parts correctly
• Follow Lean Manufacturing processes
• Report machine issues to supervisor
• Maintain clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years CNC experience (lathe & milling required)
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• Crane experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in ISO-certified environment preferred

Safety Equipment Required:

• Safety shoes (steel toe)
• Safety glasses
• Ear plugs
