Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Barrie, On
Compensation & Benefits
Part-Time Option:
$34,000 – $38,000 annually
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Half-hour paid lunch
Salary based on experience
Full-Time Option:
$45,000 – $50,000 annually
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One-hour paid lunch
Salary based on experience
Additional Benefits:

Key Responsibilities
- Process post-meeting administrative tasks including opening accounts, placing trades, setting up PACs and AWDs, and completing T2033 transfers
- Securely upload client documentation to Head Office and CRM systems
- Create and maintain accurate client files and records
- Follow up on transactions to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Process client requests including withdrawals, address changes, PAC updates, and related account servicing
- Coordinate and send review requests through email and phone communication
- Assist with gathering information required for financial projections and reporting
- Schedule and confirm client review appointments through follow-up calls and emails
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is organized and up to date
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience required
- Strong computer skills with the ability and willingness to learn new software and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Univeris and Maximizer CRM considered an asset
- Mutual Fund License considered an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office environment
