Aerospace CNC Grinder / Machine Operator

Location: Vaughan / Concord, ON
Pay: Approximately $35/hour + overtime
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC cylindrical and surface grinding machines.
• Work with precision grinding equipment, including Studer, Kellenberger, Toyoda, Tacchella, and Okamoto.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
• Grind aerospace components to extremely tight tolerances.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, verniers, and precision gauges.
• Work with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium.
• Dress grinding wheels and perform routine machine maintenance.

Requirements

• CNC grinding or precision machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is an asset.
