Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French)
Location: Barrie, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 annually

Avery Human Resources is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a valued client in Barrie. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in both English and French via phone and email.
- Manage inbound customer and representative inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, returns, and account maintenance.
- Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with team members to identify solutions and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, maintain, and update customer data and records.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Follow established customer service procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is essential.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
