Avery HR is hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators for full-time, temp-to-perm positions in Brampton.

Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Training: Day shift for up to 8 weeks

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of CNC lathe and milling experience (3-axis and 4-axis).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Knowledge of machine offsets, tooling, and inserts.
• Crane training is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC lathe and milling machines.
• Check measurements and maintain quality standards.
• Replace tooling and make machine adjustments as needed.
• Package and label finished parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Required Safety Equipment:

• Safety shoes with metatarsal guards
• Safety glasses
• Earplugs

Important: Candidates must be available for day-shift training for up to 8 weeks.
