We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a busy, high-rack warehouse environment. We are looking for strong and experienced operators who are comfortable working at significant heights and handling materials safely and efficiently.

Positions Available:

• Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM — $25/hour
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM — $26/hour

(must be flexible for rotating shift after 2 months)

Requirements:

• Strong experience operating Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• Experience working in a high-rack warehouse environment
• Comfortable working with racks up to 7 levels high
• Strong ability to safely maneuver and place pallets at elevated heights
• Experience with loading/unloading, put-away, and material movement
• Good attention to safety and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Valid forklift certification/license preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Put away and retrieve products from high-rack locations
• Load and unload trailers
• Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain accurate product placement and inventory flow
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
