Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for approximately 60 employees across Canada and the U.S., both on-site and remotely.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Exchange, file storage, backups, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor and support firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, security systems, antivirus software, and overall network performance.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business software.
- Manage IT assets, including purchasing, deployment, inventory, repairs, and equipment replacement.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, internet, wireless, and telecommunications services.
- Support business applications including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, engineering software, and other company systems.
- Work closely with the global IT team to implement infrastructure improvements and system upgrades.
- Create and maintain IT documentation while providing training and technical guidance to employees.
- Assist with special projects and provide after-hours support for critical IT issues when required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Administration, or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience supporting network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Hands-on experience with desktop hardware, software deployment, backups, and user support.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and engineering software such as Creo/Windchill or E-Plan is considered an asset.
- Experience with Azure/Entra, NetSuite, VoIP systems, or basic scripting is an asset.
- Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
