Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping and warehouse operations to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency
• Coordinate outbound shipments for local, regional, and international deliveries
• Schedule and prioritize shipping activities to align with production timelines
• Prepare and stage materials to support smooth production workflows
• Oversee loading, dispatching, and routing of company vehicles
• Manage shipment documentation, systems, and carrier platforms
• Monitor shipping schedules and adjust as needed to avoid delays
• Investigate and resolve shipping issues, damages, or delays
• Maintain inventory flow between production areas and shipping
• Support customer service with shipping and delivery inquiries
• Track and manage use of crates, pallets, and shipping materials
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Familiarity with logistics or shipping software systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to coordinate across departments
• Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse best practices
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
