Project Manager (Civil/Road)
90-110K salary with Benefits and RRSP

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil/road construction projects through all phases from initiation to final completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards and applicable roadway construction regulations.
- Produce and maintain project documentation and reporting, including progress updates, status reports, estimates, and deliverable tracking for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and project teams to ensure work is completed in accordance with contract requirements.
- Analyze project specifications to determine staffing, equipment, and material needs; manage daily work records and process change orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other key personnel to troubleshoot construction challenges, reduce delays, and maintain project efficiency.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards, industry best practices, and client expectations.
- Participate in project planning, production, and coordination meetings to proactively address project concerns and maintain alignment across teams.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices that enhance project outcomes and operational performance.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and their representatives to support overall satisfaction and project success.
- Manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environment while coordinating project schedules and deliverables effectively.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience managing civil infrastructure and/or road construction projects.
- Post-secondary diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proven organizational and administrative skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Valid Class G driver’s license or equivalent.
- Self-directed with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
