Electrician (309A or 442)
Moncton, New Brunswick
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a food production environment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Cut and bend conduit, pull and terminate wires.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Red Seal Licensed Electrician (e.g., 309A or 442A).
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls.
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) knowledge is an asset
- Ability to work across multiple shifts.
- Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
- Familiarity with GMPs, Health & Safety, and OHSA compliance.
Compensation:
- $40.00-$45 per hour base rate
