Sales Representative

No cold calling!

50K salary for 3 months of training.

Flip to straight commission after 3 months.

Average 1^st year income 75-100K with Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-qualified and pre-booked In Home Consultations for remodeling projects
• Assess scope of work and collaborate with customer on design and product selection
• Provide professional, courteous and tactful sales presentations and contract signing
• Prepare estimates and submit final quotes to customers
• Offer and apply promotional codes or discounts
• Ensure timely follow up and tracking of all pending quotes
• Accurately update CRM system and ensure all customer information, details, specs and pricing are accurate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C background would suit)
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Good computer capabilities and organizational skills
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory as required
• Own vehicle and valid G license required
