Warehouse Operations Supervisor – 3PL

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations supporting a dedicated customer account. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent execution of customer-specific processes, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and leading warehouse associates to deliver high levels of accuracy, productivity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily processes of receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping for a specific customer account.
- Ensure that all customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and operational requirements are consistently fulfilled.
- Guide, mentor, and develop warehouse staff to sustain their performance and engagement levels.
- Implement customer-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality benchmarks.
- Plan labor and staffing in accordance with projected volumes and customer needs.
- Track order accuracy, timely shipments, inventory integrity, and productivity metrics.
- Manage inventory control tasks, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis.
- Uphold safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and best operational practices.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and reporting tools to monitor performance and relay results.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Operations Management, and the stakeholders of the customer.
- Facilitate process enhancements, system modifications, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably in a 3PL environment
- 3 -5 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Experience supporting a dedicated customer or account-based operation preferred
- Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory management
- Experience using WMS and basic reporting tools
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment
- Flexible schedule to support customer requirements, peak volumes, and operational needs
This successful candidate will be responsible for the Weekend Day Shift. Standard work hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm, every Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Candidates must be flexible to cover day and afternoon shifts when needed (vacations, etc.).
